Health Coaching

  • First and foremost - Health Coaching is not medical care or a replacement for medical care. When Performance Health providers are performing health coaching they are not providing medical advice. Any and all medical issues can only be discussed at a medical appointment. We have to be firm on this distinction for quality of care and liability purposes. 

  • We do not promote gimmicks, fads or unsustainable results. 

  • We will not provide you with a magic pill. 

  • Our job is to help you problem solve to find ways to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life and help hold you accountable.

  • We are fitness and health enthusiasts who have learned through extensive research and experience what works and what doesn't. We make sure your efforts are focused on bang for your buck. 

  • We are busy people who have "done it too". We "walk the walk" when it comes to health and fitness. We know the answers.

  • We do not profit from third party devices, programs or supplements. Ever.

  • We are no-nonsense. We will hold you accountable. You will not be able to assert you are eating 500-800 calories per day and not losing weight because we know this is physiologically impossible.​

Pricing Options

  • Level 1: $75/month, 3 month commitment. 

    • Initial appointment to assess needs, goals, barriers, strengths and weaknesses.​

    • Monthly 15-30 minute education and weigh-in/composition assessment (home device, scale, DEXA, Bod Pod, etc.).

    • Text check-in 2x per month (can be scheduled or surprise). 

  • Level 2: $125/month, 3 month commitment. 

    • Initial appointment to assess needs, goals, barriers, strengths and weaknesses.​

    • Twice monthly 15-30 minute education and weigh-in/composition assessment (home device, scale, DEXA, Bod Pod, etc.).

    • Weekly text check-in (can be scheduled or surprise). 

  • Level 3: $250/month, 3 month commitment.

    • Initial appointment to assess needs, goals, barriers, strengths and weaknesses.​

    • Initial physical evaluation at your gym with plan, major revisions every 3 months. 

    • Twice Monthly 15-30 minute education and weigh-in/composition assessment (home device, scale, DEXA, Bod Pod, etc.).

    • Twice weekly text check-in (can be scheduled or surprise). 

  • Level 4: $400/month, 3 month commitment.

    • Initial appointment to assess needs, goals, barriers, strengths and weaknesses.​

    • Initial physical evaluation at your gym with plan, major revisions every 3 months.

    • Weekly 15-30 minute education and weigh-in/composition assessment (home device, scale, DEXA, Bod Pod, etc.).

    • Daily text check-in (can be scheduled or surprise).
